The company:
Our client is a forward-thinking organization in the healthcare/technology sector focused on leveraging data, AI, and advanced analytics to drive operational excellence and innovation. They are seeking a Senior Scrum Master / Program Manager to strengthen their Agile Delivery practice and deliver high-impact AI/ML solutions.

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor a team of approximately six Scrum Masters, providing senior Agile leadership across the organization
  • Act as Program/Project Manager on larger, cross-platform initiatives that span multiple product verticals
  • Design, introduce, and embed a quantitative engineering and delivery metrics system
  • Pull and analyze metrics from GitHub and related engineering systems
  • Work with BI tools such as EZBI to build and maintain reporting dashboards
  • Analyze testing, quality, and delivery/engineering metrics, including bug attribution and team performance
  • Use metrics to drive accountability at the team level
  • Own and maintain the measurement system going forward
  • Support the organization's transition toward scaled Agile practices, adapting methodology to team needs rather than enforcing rigid doctrine

Job Requirements:
 
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach operating at a senior or program level
  • Experience managing or mentoring multiple Scrum Masters across teams
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a Program Manager on cross-platform initiatives
  • Technical fluency with GitHub and modern engineering workflows
  • Experience building and reporting quantitative engineering/delivery metrics
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., EZBI) for metrics reporting
  • Pragmatic, flexible approach to Agile methodology; comfortable adapting practices rather than following rigid frameworks
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable working remotely with globally distributed teams
  • Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe) is advantageous
