Robert Gwillim

Joey Dhillon

Emily Funk 

<p data-start="220" data-end="567">I&rsquo;m a Sales Performance Manager at Signify, supporting the Austin team with sales management and skill development for our recruitment consultants. My role focuses on helping people build confidence, sharpen their commercial skills, and perform consistently in fast-moving, high-pressure environments, without losing the human side of what we do.</p>
<p data-start="569" data-end="952">I bring over <strong data-start="582" data-end="632">10 years of experience in tech and recruitment</strong>, spanning full-cycle (360) recruitment, training, and leadership development. Throughout my career, I&rsquo;ve partnered with a wide range of US customers, from <strong data-start="788" data-end="817">Fortune 500 organisations</strong> to <strong data-start="821" data-end="855">SMBs and high-growth start-ups</strong>, including companies such as <strong data-start="885" data-end="951">Skechers, Walgreens, Golden West Food Group, and Cora Organics</strong>.</p>
<p data-start="954" data-end="1364">Alongside client delivery, I&rsquo;ve spent much of my career building people and teams. I designed and delivered a <strong data-start="1064" data-end="1107">3-month introductory training programme</strong>, an <strong data-start="1112" data-end="1153">experienced-hire onboarding programme</strong>, and helped develop <strong data-start="1174" data-end="1213">30+ consultants across three states</strong>. <p>As a&nbsp;<strong>Contractor Care Specialist here at Signify</strong>, my role is to ensure contractors feel fully supported throughout their journey with us. I act as a dedicated point of contact, providing ongoing guidance, reassurance, and practical support, whether that&rsquo;s answering questions, addressing concerns, or simply checking in to make sure everything is going well. I&rsquo;m always happy to arrange regular catch-ups.</p>
<p>I&rsquo;ve worked in recruitment since 2020, with six years of experience across the full recruitment cycle. While my primary focus is supporting candidates and contractors, I&rsquo;ve also been heavily involved in onboarding, contracts, and compliance. My background includes recruitment within the healthcare and life sciences sectors, including the pharmaceutical industry.</p>
<p>What I enjoy most about my role is building genuine relationships and helping people feel confident and supported. One of my proudest achievements has been training and mentoring new starters, helping them grow and succeed within the industry.</p>

Starting in the UK and Europe, I made the exciting leap across the pond to the US to tackle a fresh market. Lauren Dubery

<p data-start="69" data-end="516">I&rsquo;m the Director of Signify Technology&rsquo;s London HQ and one of the original team members who helped build the business from the ground up. Over the past 8 years in tech recruitment, I have progressed from Talent Sourcer to Signify&rsquo;s first female Director while also becoming the company&rsquo;s first million-pound biller, consistently topping the charts from 2021 to 2023. In 2023 alone, I invoiced &pound;1.7 million, all while growing and delivering a baby.</p>
<p data-start="518" data-end="1039">I oversee the day-to-day sales management of our London team, lead strategic client partnerships across enterprise and SMB accounts, and drive our nearshore Statements of Work and RGP project delivery. I am also a key player in shaping Signify&rsquo;s annual budgets, business strategy, market expansion, and internal growth plans. I have built and managed three of Signify&rsquo;s top five highest-grossing accounts and helped grow our UK contract book by 20 percent between 2022 and 2024. At peak, I have scaled our WGP to 37k.</p>
<p data-start="1041" data-end="1354">My focus is in the Scala market with deep experience in sales management, client strategy, staff augmentation, and scaling tech teams across EMEA. Before recruitment, I cut my teeth in call centre sales and estate agency, fast-paced and tough industries that gave me the resilience and grit I still lean on today.</p>
<p data-start="1356" data-end="1689">Outside of work, I am a proud working mum so, let&rsquo;s be honest, hobbies are mostly survival-based right now. If I had to name a few, it would be wine and Desperate Housewives. <p>I have extensive international experience having launched ventures in over 25 countries and was previously based in the US for 5 years, also having spent over a year of my career in Japan. My area of expertise is in specialist STEM human capital services with a specific focus on Software &amp; Digital, Fintech, Life Sciences, Biotech &amp; Medtech and Clean Energy &amp; Cleantech.</p>

<p>I&rsquo;m a financial process enthusiast with a knack for turning chaos into streamlined efficiency. Whether it&rsquo;s optimising workflows or rolling out ERP systems, I&rsquo;m all about reducing grunt work and making space for the fun stuff like analysis, productivity, and better decision-making.</p>

<p>My journey in corporate and SME finance started as a Finance Junior, and over the past 15+ years, I&rsquo;ve built up a toolkit of experience across recruitment, advertising, and leisure industries. All of that led me to where I am now, as Head of Finance at Signify. At Signify, I manage the full month-end process, from income stream reconciliation and accruals to fixed assets and intercompany trading.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>I&rsquo;m also the main point of contact for auditors, making sure we deliver a clean report each year. Along the way, I&rsquo;ve helped streamline payroll across the UK and US, and built dashboards and analytical tools to give leadership real visibility and confidence in their decision-making. I&rsquo;m passionate about developing people too. I focus on passing on knowledge, sharing experience, and helping my team grow in confidence and capability every day.</p>

<p>Outside of spreadsheets, I&rsquo;m obsessed with football. Data analytics and scouting are my side hustles where I dive into the numbers to spot emerging talent. You&rsquo;ll also find me talking tactics on podcasts or YouTube, ideally over a coffee or a post-match pint.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I got into finance purely by chance, I had to take an extra subject in my final year of A levels as I dropped Maths and ended up picking Finance as a friend was also doing it. 11 years later and I've worked in finance in the recruitment industry for 9 years and have loved every minute.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">As you might expect, I love a good spreadsheet! But I also love the fast pace atmosphere you find in recruitment, and you rarely have 2 days that are the same.​</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Outside of work I'm your typical nerd. On the weekend it's a 50/50 shot if you'd find me with my head in a book, or in a pitcher of cocktails. I also think I'm the one of the few who doesn't love football!</p>

Chris Morris

<p data-start="44" data-end="304">I work across our UK and US accounts, depending on the quarter, covering credit control, finance admin, and elements of management accounts. I&rsquo;ve been in recruitment for 6.5 years, always within the accounts team, and my focus has consistently been on finance.</p>
<p data-start="306" data-end="621">I started my career through an apprenticeship, without going to sixth form or university, and I&rsquo;m proud of how far I&rsquo;ve come - it's something I&rsquo;ve worked hard on and continue to build. Over the years, I&rsquo;ve supported recruitment across various sectors, including local government, nursing and healthcare, and now tech.</p>
<p data-start="623" data-end="847" data-is-last-node="" data-is-only-node="">I'm passionate about developing my skills and plan to start new courses to continue progressing in my career. Outside of work, I enjoy reading about different cultures and exploring the history of countries around the world.</p>

Abu Miah

<p data-start="54" data-end="499">With over six years of experience in recruitment and executive search, I now lead Signify&rsquo;s global people function - aligning HR strategy with commercial goals to drive performance, retention, and culture. I began my career as a Recruitment Consultant before transitioning into HR, and I now oversee all global HR operations, including performance management, employee engagement, legal compliance, the employee lifecycle, and benefits management.</p>
<p data-start="501" data-end="835">My previous experience across the non-profit, property development, and energy sectors has given me a strong understanding of what makes a workplace competitive and a people function truly effective. I&rsquo;m passionate about fostering morale, culture, and employee satisfaction as key drivers for attracting and retaining top-tier talent.</p>

<p>Our L&amp;D team plays a vital role in driving performance - designing standout onboarding experiences, delivering a six-month trainee recruitment program, hosting weekly role plays, and providing leadership development and 1:1 coaching.&nbsp;</p>

I&rsquo;m passionate about coaching and encouraging people to unlock that extra 1% every day - until they become experts in what they do without even thinking. <p>With nearly 15 years in the recruitment industry, I've been fortunate to experience the fast-paced world of the sales floor and the strategic oversight of supporting a busy leadership team.</p>
<p>This journey has confirmed what I've always known - Operations is where I thrive. As Global Operations Manager at Signify Technology, my role is all about creating structure that brings out the best in people. I take pride in anticipating needs before they arise - whether that's for a CEO or a consultant on the ground - and making sure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.</p>

<p>Since joining Signify Technology in October 2021, I've been committed to ensuring our recruitment processes are both seamless and secure. With 4 years in recruitment and tech, I now work as our Global Compliance Manager, partnering with clients on contracts, onboarding contractors, and ensuring compliance documentation is watertight across international markets.</p>
<p>I thrive in fast-paced environments, where my passion for organisation and attention to detail truly come into their own. I work closely with teams around the world to maintain high standards, protect our business, and keep processes running smoothly. My focus spans contractor compliance, client terms, GDPR, IR35, and risk mitigation - supporting Signify's mission to be a trusted partner in tech recruitment.</p>
