The company: Our client is a fast-growing leader in AI-driven, privacy-safe omnichannel healthcare marketing. They connect patients and healthcare professionals across every channel using real-world data and predictive AI.
Role and Responsibilities: Make AI a core part of how the business runs. Work closely with teams across the company to learn how their work gets done, find the problems where AI would help most, and build and ship AI agents, workflows and automations that solve them. Build a network of AI champions across departments and coach them through pairing, office hours and workshops. Help shape security, data and governance guardrails, and create reusable playbooks and patterns so successful AI work can be repeated. This is a hands-on builder role within the Product and Engineering organization, and it can grow into broader leadership.
Job Requirements: - Track record of independently building and shipping technical AI solutions that people use - Proven success using AI-assisted development or "vibe coding" tools to create working prototypes, automations, applications or integrations - Fluency with modern LLM tooling and concepts, including prompting, agents, skills, MCP and workflow design - Strong product and consulting instincts: asks good questions, finds root causes, frames tradeoffs and knows when to push back - Technical range to move from discovery to prototype to production-ready solution, and knows when to bring in deeper engineering support - Credible communicator who can work one-on-one or with groups, from front-line teams to executives - Experience with an enterprise AI platform is a plus but not required
