Job title: HRIS / Payroll Systems Consultant

Job type: Contract

Contract Length: 6 to 12 months, with strong potential for extension

Rate: $55 to $95 per hour (W2), depending on platform depth and experience

Role Location: Remote within Florida. This role is open to candidates who currently reside in the State of Florida.

The company: We are partnering with organizations across Florida that are implementing, migrating, or optimizing their core HRIS and payroll platforms and need experienced consultants to get it done right. These are hands-on, project-based engagements where you own real configuration and delivery work, not a support seat. If you know one or more of the major systems inside and out and enjoy coming into an environment, solving the hard problems, and moving on to the next challenge, this is the kind of work you will do consistently through us.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Configure, implement, and optimize core HRIS and payroll platforms such as Workday, UKG, ADP, Paycom, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, or Ceridian Dayforce.
  • Lead or support system implementations, upgrades, and platform migrations.
  • Build and maintain integrations between HRIS, payroll, benefits, and downstream systems.
  • Clean, map, and migrate employee and payroll data with an eye for accuracy.
  • Configure modules across HR, payroll, benefits, time and attendance, and reporting.
  • Build reports and dashboards, and troubleshoot issues across the platform.
  • Partner with HR, payroll, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into working configuration.
  • Document configuration, processes, and hand-off materials for internal teams.

Job Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with one or more major HRIS or payroll platforms (Workday, UKG, ADP, Paycom, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Dayforce, or similar).
  • Real configuration, implementation, or migration experience, not just end-user or administrative use.
  • Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes and data.
  • Experience with integrations, data migration, and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver on a project timeline.
  • Currently reside in the State of Florida.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
