Job title: Full Stack Engineer

Job type: Contract 

Contract Length: 12 months

Rate: 200 euros per day

Role Location: Fully Remote - Europe

Role and Responsibilities: 

• End-to-End Delivery: Architect and ship production-ready features across the full stack, from React/Next.js front ends to Python and TypeScript back ends.
• AI/LLM Architecture: Design and optimize RAG pipelines, text-chunking strategies, and dynamic context windows.
• Data & Search: Own the data layer, including relational data modeling in PostgreSQL (via SQLAlchemy or Prisma) and high-performance vector search optimization using Qdrant or pgVector.
• API Design: Build robust REST and GraphQL APIs using Python (FastAPI, Pydantic) and TypeScript (Node.js, NestJS, Fastify).
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Containerize applications with Docker and manage CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure Pipelines) independently, without relying on dedicated DevOps support.

Job Requirements:  

• 7+ Years of Experience: Backend-heavy or full-stack software engineering background.
• Dual-Language Fluency: Deep, production-level expertise in both Python and TypeScript backend ecosystems.
• Frontend Competence: Practical proficiency in React/Next.js, with the ability to manage state and build the UI required for your features.
• AI/Data Experience: Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, building RAG architectures, and operating vector databases (Qdrant, pgVector).
• High Autonomy: A proven track record of thriving in fast-moving, rapidly evolving environments, with the ability to learn new tools and AI concepts on the fly.
• Database & DevOps: Strong SQL fundamentals, API security experience (OAuth/JWT), and pragmatic CI/CD and Docker skills.
