I’m the Director of Signify Technology’s London HQ and one of the original team members who helped build the business from the ground up. Over the past 8 years in tech recruitment, I have progressed from Talent Sourcer to Signify’s first female Director while also becoming the company’s first million-pound biller, consistently topping the charts from 2021 to 2023. In 2023 alone, I invoiced £1.7 million, all while growing and delivering a baby.
I oversee the day-to-day sales management of our London team, lead strategic client partnerships across enterprise and SMB accounts, and drive our nearshore Statements of Work and RGP project delivery. I am also a key player in shaping Signify’s annual budgets, business strategy, market expansion, and internal growth plans. I have built and managed three of Signify’s top five highest-grossing accounts and helped grow our UK contract book by 20 percent between 2022 and 2024. At peak, I have scaled our WGP to 37k.
My focus is in the Scala market with deep experience in sales management, client strategy, staff augmentation, and scaling tech teams across EMEA. Before recruitment, I cut my teeth in call centre sales and estate agency, fast-paced and tough industries that gave me the resilience and grit I still lean on today.
Outside of work, I am a proud working mum so, let’s be honest, hobbies are mostly survival-based right now. If I had to name a few, it would be wine and Desperate Housewives. I am passionate about empowering other women in this industry, and I am proud to be part of Unify and a driving force behind our Women in the City initiative.
