With a decade of experience across technology and recruitment, my role focuses on understanding complex transformation requirements and deploying teams of experienced professionals across onshore and nearshore models. By bringing together the right expertise, delivery model and technology capabilities, we help organisations move critical programmes forward with greater pace and impact.
A recent example saw me deploy a 50-person team across onshore and nearshore locations through an SOW model, spanning multiple technology stacks. Within the first six months, this approach helped deliver $15 million in savings for the client, after their existing SI was proving costly and was not delivering against expectations, while also accelerating momentum across the transformation.
The programme was part of a wider three-year transformation that ultimately delivered $90 million in total savings. This not only created significant commercial value for the client, but also allowed them to reinvest in other strategic technologies and initiatives across the organisation.
My focus is on creating genuine partnerships that go beyond simply providing resource, understanding the challenge, designing the right solution, and bringing together the people and expertise needed to deliver measurable outcomes.
