As the CEO of Signify Technology, a global programming talent specialist, I've spent the last 15 years immersed in the tech industry and still love it like it's my first day. At Signify, our passion lies in nurturing and developing the the emerging technology communities through talent solutions, meetups, conferences and technical workshops. Our goal is to combat the skills shortage on a grassroots level and nourish the community with the best talent.
As a minority-owned business, we're proud to have a diverse team; internally, 45% of our management team is made up of females, and 28% of people are from ethnic minority backgrounds. I'm motivated by my desire to diversify the tech and recruitment industry, and dedicated to training and developing team members, with a big emphasis on progressing team members to senior roles.
