I’m a financial process enthusiast with a knack for turning chaos into streamlined efficiency. Whether it’s optimising workflows or rolling out ERP systems, I’m all about reducing grunt work and making space for the fun stuff like analysis, productivity, and better decision-making.
My journey in corporate and SME finance started as a Finance Junior, and over the past 15+ years, I’ve built up a toolkit of experience across recruitment, advertising, and leisure industries. All of that led me to where I am now, as Head of Finance at Signify. At Signify, I manage the full month-end process, from income stream reconciliation and accruals to fixed assets and intercompany trading.
I’m also the main point of contact for auditors, making sure we deliver a clean report each year. Along the way, I’ve helped streamline payroll across the UK and US, and built dashboards and analytical tools to give leadership real visibility and confidence in their decision-making. I’m passionate about developing people too. I focus on passing on knowledge, sharing experience, and helping my team grow in confidence and capability every day.
Outside of spreadsheets, I’m obsessed with football. Data analytics and scouting are my side hustles where I dive into the numbers to spot emerging talent. You’ll also find me talking tactics on podcasts or YouTube, ideally over a coffee or a post-match pint.
