My mission is to empower individuals with the tools, mindset, and strategic skills they need to thrive - particularly in areas like business development and client engagement.
I began my career in recruitment in 2018, initially specialising in the Life Sciences sector before making a deliberate move into tech with Signify. With five years of hands-on recruitment experience behind me, I stepped into L&D in 2023, equipped with a deep understanding of what drives performance on the sales floor.
I was promoted to L&D Manager within just seven months of stepping into the role a milestone that reflects both my impact and my commitment to developing others. With over seven years’ combined experience in recruitment and L&D, I’m proud to be shaping the next generation of recruiters. Whether it’s mentoring one-to-one or rolling out scalable learning initiatives,
I find huge satisfaction in helping people hit their goals—professionally and personally.
Outside of work, you’ll most likely find me in the gym (keeping my energy high so I can show up as my best self) or boarding a plane to explore somewhere new.
