I have been in the recruitment industry for over 10 years now, having the privilege of working not only within the sales floor but most recently as the key support function for a busy board of directors. I pride myself on anticipating the needs of a CEO to a Recruitment Consultant, knowing their likes and dislikes before they do. After being with my previous company for many years and seeing it expand, I am so excited to join Signify Technology and be part of their vision.
I am the Operations Manager at Signify, ensuring processes get the best out of people and thrive on being kept busy! Busy working hard and busy living life. If you could give me an extra day in the week just to fit even more things in (professionally and personally) I would be eternally grateful but then again, I am a master of spinning plates.
Most people that know me well would probably call me a social butterfly who likes to meticulously plan every minute of her day. However, 2020 has given me the opportunity to slow down and take stock of what is important. For every delicious meal out or bottomless brunch enjoyed, I do try to counteract the guilt with a well-placed work-out. Work hard, play hard but it's all about balance, right?
I am lucky to have travelled to some beautiful places (Australia you will always have my heart) and I have a bucket list of amazing places I still need to tick off.
