Since joining Signify Technology in October 2021, I've been committed to ensuring our recruitment processes are both seamless and secure. With 4 years in recruitment and tech, I now work as our Global Compliance Manager, partnering with clients on contracts, onboarding contractors, and ensuring compliance documentation is watertight across international markets.
I thrive in fast-paced environments, where my passion for organisation and attention to detail truly come into their own. I work closely with teams around the world to maintain high standards, protect our business, and keep processes running smoothly. My focus spans contractor compliance, client terms, GDPR, IR35, and risk mitigation - supporting Signify's mission to be a trusted partner in tech recruitment.
I hold a First-class degree in Business with Management, where I developed a strong foundation in contract law, business ethics, and organisational strategy.
Outside of work, you’ll either find me out with my friends or spending quality time with my family and my cheeky dogs Jeff and Nigel!
