Gareth Holmes

I'm a Principal Consultant at Signify, based in Austin, where I partner with technology and financial services firms to hire top engineering talent. I've spent 7 years in tech recruitment. My specialism is Java eTrading: building high-performing engineering teams for some of the world's biggest investment banks.

Before joining Signify, I spent three years opening and growing a new delivery location in Poland from scratch. I placed more than 40 contractors across two major investment banks. I was the top biller at my previous company for each of my final three years. I grew my contractor book to 49 consultants, generating over £1 million a year.

Outside work, I play football and I'm a big Arsenal fan. I'm also into the gym and fitness, and I've raced sports bikes on track days in the UK and in Spain.
