I’ve been working in tech recruitment for 6 years, and at Signify I focus on Technology and Transformation, with a particular emphasis on Data and AI. My role centers on building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, helping companies secure exceptional technology leadership talent while guiding professionals through their next career move.
Over the years, I’ve worked across a range of industries, including Financial Services, Retail, Logistics, Tech Startups, and Software Companies. I’m proud to have signed and grown multiple FTSE 1000 accounts, running my contract book up to £40k PM. Some of the notable names I’ve partnered with include Aston Martin F1, Rightmove, River Island, Ambassador Theatre Group, and GXO.
What drives me is not just delivering results but also staying true to my values. I’m especially passionate about DE&I and making sure the hiring process creates opportunities for diverse talent to thrive.
