Lauren Dubery

<p data-start="69" data-end="516">I&rsquo;m the Director of Signify Technology&rsquo;s London HQ and one of the original team members who helped build the business from the ground up. Over the past 8 years in tech recruitment, I have progressed from Talent Sourcer to Signify&rsquo;s first female Director while also becoming the company&rsquo;s first million-pound biller, consistently topping the charts from 2021 to 2023. In 2023 alone, I invoiced &pound;1.7 million, all while growing and delivering a baby.</p>
<p data-start="518" data-end="1039">I oversee the day-to-day sales management of our London team, lead strategic client partnerships across enterprise and SMB accounts, and drive our nearshore Statements of Work and RGP project delivery. I am also a key player in shaping Signify&rsquo;s annual budgets, business strategy, market expansion, and internal growth plans. I have built and managed three of Signify&rsquo;s top five highest-grossing accounts and helped grow our UK contract book by 20 percent between 2022 and 2024. At peak, I have scaled our WGP to 37k.</p>

<p>I began my career in recruitment in 2018, initially specialising in the Life Sciences sector before making a deliberate move into tech with Signify. With five years of hands-on recruitment experience behind me, I stepped into L&amp;D in 2023, equipped with a deep understanding of what drives performance on the sales floor.</p>
<p>I was promoted to L&amp;D Manager within just seven months of stepping into the role a milestone that reflects both my impact and my commitment to developing others. <p>My journey in corporate and SME finance started as a Finance Junior, and over the past 15+ years, I&rsquo;ve built up a toolkit of experience across recruitment, advertising, and leisure industries. All of that led me to where I am now, as Head of Finance at Signify. At Signify, I manage the full month-end process, from income stream reconciliation and accruals to fixed assets and intercompany trading.</p>

<p>I&rsquo;m also the main point of contact for auditors, making sure we deliver a clean report each year. Along the way, I&rsquo;ve helped streamline payroll across the UK and US, and built dashboards and analytical tools to give leadership real visibility and confidence in their decision-making. <p class="MsoNormal">I got into finance purely by chance, I had to take an extra subject in my final year of A levels as I dropped Maths and ended up picking Finance as a friend was also doing it. 11 years later and I've worked in finance in the recruitment industry for 9 years and have loved every minute.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">As you might expect, I love a good spreadsheet! But I also love the fast pace atmosphere you find in recruitment, and you rarely have 2 days that are the same.​</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Outside of work I'm your typical nerd. On the weekend it's a 50/50 shot if you'd find me with my head in a book, or in a pitcher of cocktails. I also think I'm the one of the few who doesn't love football!</p>

<p data-start="44" data-end="304">I work across our UK and US accounts, depending on the quarter, covering credit control, finance admin, and elements of management accounts. I&rsquo;ve been in recruitment for 6.5 years, always within the accounts team, and my focus has consistently been on finance.</p>
<p data-start="306" data-end="621">I started my career through an apprenticeship, without going to sixth form or university, and I&rsquo;m proud of how far I&rsquo;ve come - it's something I&rsquo;ve worked hard on and continue to build. Over the years, I&rsquo;ve supported recruitment across various sectors, including local government, nursing and healthcare, and now tech.</p>

I began my career as a Recruitment Consultant before transitioning into HR, and I now oversee all global HR operations, including performance management, employee engagement, legal compliance, the employee lifecycle, and benefits management.</p>
<p data-start="501" data-end="835">My previous experience across the non-profit, property development, and energy sectors has given me a strong understanding of what makes a workplace competitive and a people function truly effective. <p>I'm the Global L&amp;D Manager at Signify, leading our development and training strategy. With 8 years of experience in recruitment and L&amp;D, I'm commercially minded and passionate about sales, strategy, and coaching individuals to thrive in their careers.</p>
<p>Our L&amp;D team plays a vital role in driving performance - designing standout onboarding experiences, delivering a six-month trainee recruitment program, hosting weekly role plays, and providing leadership development and 1:1 coaching.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Everything we do is built to impact sales and help our people succeed faster. I&rsquo;m passionate about coaching and encouraging people to unlock that extra 1% every day - until they become experts in what they do without even thinking. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Human Resources, along with a CIPD Level 5 in Learning &amp; Development Management.</p>

Chloe Byrne

<p>With nearly 15 years in the recruitment industry, I've been fortunate to experience the fast-paced world of the sales floor and the strategic oversight of supporting a busy leadership team.</p>
<p>This journey has confirmed what I've always known - Operations is where I thrive. As Global Operations Manager at Signify Technology, my role is all about creating structure that brings out the best in people. I take pride in anticipating needs before they arise - whether that's for a CEO or a consultant on the ground - and making sure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.</p>
<p>In 2023, I added another string to my bow by completing CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management, further strengthening my commitment to professional development and best practice in people operations.</p>
<p>If you know me, you'll know I don't sit still for long. I love a full calendar, whether that's streamlining internal processes, planning the next company event or squeezing in (a much-needed) workout between a social dinner and a project deadline. Life is about balance, and I'm always up for the challenge of spinning one more plate - with a smile.</p>

<p>Since joining Signify Technology in October 2021, I've been committed to ensuring our recruitment processes are both seamless and secure. With 4 years in recruitment and tech, I now work as our Global Compliance Manager, partnering with clients on contracts, onboarding contractors, and ensuring compliance documentation is watertight across international markets.</p>
<p>I thrive in fast-paced environments, where my passion for organisation and attention to detail truly come into their own. I work closely with teams around the world to maintain high standards, protect our business, and keep processes running smoothly. My focus spans contractor compliance, client terms, GDPR, IR35, and risk mitigation - supporting Signify's mission to be a trusted partner in tech recruitment.</p>
<p>I hold a First-class degree in Business with Management, where I developed a strong foundation in contract law, business ethics, and organisational strategy.</p>
<p>Outside of work, you&rsquo;ll either find me out with my friends or spending quality time with my family and my cheeky dogs Jeff and Nigel!&nbsp;</p>

Jessie Wright

<p data-start="171" data-end="443">I fell into marketing over 5 years ago and haven&rsquo;t looked back since. What started as a curiosity quickly became a career I love, one that lets me combine creativity and strategy.&nbsp;</p>
<p data-start="445" data-end="756">At Signify, I bring ideas to life across every corner of marketing, from website builds, branding, and social media to large-scale events and community engagement. My focus is always on impact: driving brand growth, strengthening client and candidate connections, and creating campaigns that truly resonate.</p>
<p data-start="758" data-end="1119">I&rsquo;m proud to lead on our &ldquo;in the City&rdquo; event series, including Scala in the City, and most recently, <strong data-start="859" data-end="880">Women in the City</strong>, which I created to unite women across the tech industry and provide a safe, inspiring space to connect. I&rsquo;m also part of <strong data-start="999" data-end="1008">Unify</strong>, our internal employee action group, where I champion inclusion and positive change across the business. I aim to reflect this externally as well, ensuring that our marketing, events, and community initiatives accurately represent the diverse and inclusive culture we stand for.</p>
<p data-start="1121" data-end="1277">Whether it&rsquo;s building communities, amplifying brand presence or crafting memorable experiences, I love finding creative ways to connect people and ideas.</p>
<p data-start="1279" data-end="1460">Outside of work, I&rsquo;m usually travelling or exploring all things wellness,&nbsp; from yoga and skincare to finding the perfect sunset spot.</p>
