Lauren Dubery

<p data-start="69" data-end="516">I&rsquo;m the Director of Signify Technology&rsquo;s London HQ and one of the original team members who helped build the business from the ground up. Over the past 8 years in tech recruitment, I have progressed from Talent Sourcer to Signify&rsquo;s first female Director while also becoming the company&rsquo;s first million-pound biller, consistently topping the charts from 2021 to 2023. In 2023 alone, I invoiced &pound;1.7 million, all while growing and delivering a baby.</p>
<p data-start="518" data-end="1039">I oversee the day-to-day sales management of our London team, lead strategic client partnerships across enterprise and SMB accounts, and drive our nearshore Statements of Work and RGP project delivery. I am also a key player in shaping Signify&rsquo;s annual budgets, business strategy, market expansion, and internal growth plans. I have built and managed three of Signify&rsquo;s top five highest-grossing accounts and helped grow our UK contract book by 20 percent between 2022 and 2024. <p>I&rsquo;m a Senior Consultant here at Signify, focused on finding top-tier, hard-to-reach candidates for some of the toughest roles out there. Give me a hard search, and I&rsquo;ll have strong candidates over in a day, it&rsquo;s what I love doing. I&rsquo;ve been in recruitment for 4 years, and my current focus is in AI and Machine Learning. Within that space, I primarily work across Software Engineering, Machine Learning Research, and Machine Learning Scientist roles, often partnering with cutting-edge startups and high-growth teams.</p>
<p>Before diving into AI, I worked across Embedded Software and Hardware roles in industries like Defense, Space Startups, Robotics, and Autonomous Vehicles, so I understand the highly technical, engineering-heavy environments my clients hire for. <p>My journey in corporate and SME finance started as a Finance Junior, and over the past 15+ years, I&rsquo;ve built up a toolkit of experience across recruitment, advertising, and leisure industries. All of that led me to where I am now, as Head of Finance at Signify. At Signify, I manage the full month-end process, from income stream reconciliation and accruals to fixed assets and intercompany trading.</p>

<p>I&rsquo;m also the main point of contact for auditors, making sure we deliver a clean report each year. Along the way, I&rsquo;ve helped streamline payroll across the UK and US, and built dashboards and analytical tools to give leadership real visibility and confidence in their decision-making. I&rsquo;m passionate about developing people too. I focus on passing on knowledge, sharing experience, and helping my team grow in confidence and capability every day.</p>

<p>Outside of spreadsheets, I&rsquo;m obsessed with football. Data analytics and scouting are my side hustles where I dive into the numbers to spot emerging talent. You&rsquo;ll also find me talking tactics on podcasts or YouTube, ideally over a coffee or a post-match pint.</p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I got into finance purely by chance, I had to take an extra subject in my final year of A levels as I dropped Maths and ended up picking Finance as a friend was also doing it. 11 years later and I've worked in finance in the recruitment industry for 9 years and have loved every minute.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">As you might expect, I love a good spreadsheet! But I also love the fast pace atmosphere you find in recruitment, and you rarely have 2 days that are the same.​</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Outside of work I'm your typical nerd. On the weekend it's a 50/50 shot if you'd find me with my head in a book, or in a pitcher of cocktails. I also think I'm the one of the few who doesn't love football!</p>

Chris Morris

<p data-start="44" data-end="304">I work across our UK and US accounts, depending on the quarter, covering credit control, finance admin, and elements of management accounts. I&rsquo;ve been in recruitment for 6.5 years, always within the accounts team, and my focus has consistently been on finance.</p>
<p data-start="306" data-end="621">I started my career through an apprenticeship, without going to sixth form or university, and I&rsquo;m proud of how far I&rsquo;ve come - it's something I&rsquo;ve worked hard on and continue to build. Over the years, I&rsquo;ve supported recruitment across various sectors, including local government, nursing and healthcare, and now tech.</p>

<p>I began my career in recruitment in 2018, initially specialising in the Life Sciences sector before making a deliberate move into tech with Signify. With five years of hands-on recruitment experience behind me, I stepped into L&amp;D in 2023, equipped with a deep understanding of what drives performance on the sales floor.</p>
<p>I was promoted to L&amp;D Manager within just seven months of stepping into the role a milestone that reflects both my impact and my commitment to developing others. <p>With nearly 15 years in the recruitment industry, I've been fortunate to experience the fast-paced world of the sales floor and the strategic oversight of supporting a busy leadership team.</p>
<p>This journey has confirmed what I've always known - Operations is where I thrive. As Global Operations Manager at Signify Technology, my role is all about creating structure that brings out the best in people. I take pride in anticipating needs before they arise - whether that's for a CEO or a consultant on the ground - and making sure everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.</p>
<p>In 2023, I added another string to my bow by completing CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management, further strengthening my commitment to professional development and best practice in people operations.</p>

I work closely with teams around the world to maintain high standards, protect our business, and keep processes running smoothly.
