Our mission is simple: to empower every individual -regardless of background-to achieve their career aspirations    About the Role  As our Contractor Care Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for all contractor needs—ensuring they have a smooth, positive, and rewarding experience throughout their journey with Signify. You’ll lead from the front - shaping commercial strategy, driving sales performance, and empowering consultants to deliver exceptional results.    You’ll bring structure, energy, and inspiration to the sales floor - setting clear KPIs, creating accountability, and ensuring every consultant has the tools, direction, and confidence to win.
