Signify Technology has rapidly evolved into a global talent agency with offices in London, Los Angeles, and Austin.    The Opportunity  We’re looking for a Director of Sales & Performance to join our Austin office – a critical hire in shaping the next phase of our US growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, you’ll play a hands-on leadership role in driving commercial performance, optimizing sales effectiveness, and elevating team capability across the sales floor.    You’ll be right there on the floor, leading from the front. You’ll bring structure, energy, and insight to how we operate: defining KPIs, setting clear expectations, and ensuring our consultants have the data, training, and focus to deliver consistent, exceptional results.    What You’ll Do  • Partner with the CRO to plan and execute sales strategy, translating vision into measurable performance outcomes.  • Define and implement KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks that create accountability and drive success across the sales floor.  • Work closely with the L&D team to design and deliver performance improvement initiatives – from onboarding programs to advanced coaching frameworks.  • Use data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for growth, ensuring informed decision making at every level.  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement through regular feedback loops, structured performance reviews, and actionable insights.  • Support consultants day-to-day on client meetings, calls, and account development - leading by example and reinforcing best practices.  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine sales processes, territory planning, and incentive structures that maximize impact and profitability.  • Drive alignment between Austin, London, and LA offices, sharing performance insights and contributing to global commercial initiatives.    What We’re Looking For  • Proven experience leading or managing high-performing sales teams (recruitment background not essential).  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset – able to turn performance metrics into strategy.  • A coach and motivator confident in developing people, setting standards, and holding teams accountable.  • Commercially astute, with experience driving revenue growth through structured performance management.  • A collaborative, energetic leader who thrives in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.  • Passion for process improvement, sales excellence, and people development.    Why Join Signify?  • Be part of a business on a mission - with a clear five year growth plan and an international footprint.  • Work directly with the CRO and senior leadership to shape the sales culture and commercial future of our US business.  • Lead an empowered, entrepreneurial team with autonomy and trust.  • Enjoy a high-performance culture built on collaboration, innovation, and reward.      Why You’ll Love Working at Signify  Your career should be rewarding in every way - that’s why we offer perks designed to fuel your success, wellbeing, and life outside of work.
