We are currently expanding our Finance team and seeking an exceptional Finance Assistant to join Signify Technology. Reporting directly to the Global Finance Director. Your involvement will be essential in achieving our ongoing financial growth objectives and maintaining our leading position as the foremost technology talent agency specialising in functional programming. We are seeking someone who is eager to learn and grow, and we are committed to supporting their professional development. As a Finance Assistant, we will financially cover relevant studies that contribute to their role, as we are dedicated to enhancing their skills and capabilities in this position.   Role & responsibilities • Experience preferred, ideally in multi-country/currency environments using   systems like Timesheet Portal or In-Time (B2B focus). • Proficiency in Xero or similar accounting software for weekly Pay & Bill processing and overhead management. •Matching payments to invoices on Xero. • Preparation of weekly payment batches for approval. • Uploading schedules and managing fund disbursements. • Credit Control: Experience in debt collection, adept at communicating with consultants or clients. Whether you're showcasing your expertise, demonstrating commercial savvy, or simply excelling as a recruiter, we want to work with you.   Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, culture, and hiring requirements. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights, market intelligence, and recommendations on recruitment best practices. Share industry knowledge, best practices, and recruitment techniques to enhance team performance. Analyse data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted strategies to optimise recruitment outcomes. Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging continuous learning and professional development. Maintain a high level of individual work effort and billing.   Requirements: Proven experience and solid track record as a senior-level recruitment consultant, preferably in a specialised industry or sector. In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems CRM, and other relevant tools.
