Associate Consultant

We are currently seeking Associate Consultants to join our expanding team in our Austin office. Your role will be pivotal in supporting our ambitious growth targets and maintaining our status as the leading technology talent agency specializing in Data, Leadership, Software Engineering, and Cloud solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
· As a 180 consultant, you will take charge of the entire candidate process, partnering closely with our senior client managers to fulfil requirements for some of the most innovative clients in the tech sector.
· You will be what we call a 180 consultant, taking full responsibility for the candidate process and assisting our senior client managers in fulfilling requirements for some of the most exciting clients in the tech industry.
· Developing and nurturing relationships with candidates, becoming an industry expert and trusted business partner in your selected field.
· Driving forward our culture and celebrating successes along the way with your peers in a fastpaced sales environment.
· Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future client needs.
· Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies using various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing.

· You're someone with a minimum of 12 months of sales or internship experience and transferable skills.
