Role and responsibilities:
Leading a 7 person eng team, fullstack SW from python to typescript - they are needing a leader not to write code, but to people manage a team of strong IC's that dont want to manage. You will be revieweing and offering suggestions and taking the team/ product forward to offload the work from the CTO.
