Role Overview: The Senior Software Engineer will play a key role in designing and scaling the platform’s core systems. This is a high-impact position with direct exposure to leadership and an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to product direction, technical standards, and team culture.
Location: Candidates based in Austin, TX are preferred, as the product and leadership teams operate locally in a hybrid or in-office model.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable backend systems and user-facing products
- Contribute to evolving system architecture with a focus on performance and reliability
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure technical work aligns with business needs
- Promote engineering best practices including code reviews, testing, and documentation
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering
- Strong backend experience, ideally with Ruby or similar languages
- Familiarity with React or other modern frontend frameworks is a plus
- Experience with infrastructure tools like AWS and Terraform is a bonus
