Role: Scala Developer
Location: Germany - presence in Berlin or Hamburg is good.

Signify are collaborating with a long-standing client of ours who are searching for experienced Scala Developers to join the team a couple of times per week in Berlin or Hamburg

About you:

• Experienced within Scala and Functional Programming.
• Worked with libraries such as Cats and Cats Effect.
• Experience with other frameworks such as the Akka eco-system
• Experienced with Kubernetes, ideally deployed on AWS.
• Must be based in Germany and can work without requiring visa sponsorship.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate closely with fellow developers helping to create a unique app ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for their customers.
• Drive and implement significant improvements across their microservices architecture, including upgrading projects to Scala 3.
