About the Role
As our Contractor Care Specialist, you’ll be the go-to person for all contractor needs—ensuring they have a smooth, positive, and rewarding experience throughout their journey with Signify. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver efficient service and foster lasting relationships that drive satisfaction and loyalty.
Key responsibilities

Take initiative to develop strong, trusted relationships with contractors from onboarding through assignment completion, helping to shape best practices as the first person in this role.

Act as the primary point of contact for all contractor queries, ensuring timely and professional responses on matters such as contracts, payments, and compliance.

Partner with internal teams -including sales, Payroll, and Compliance - to deliver a seamless contractor experience.

Proactively monitor contractor satisfaction and address any issues before they escalate.

Support engagement and retention initiatives to strengthen contractor relationships and foster loyalty.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date records within our CRM and internal systems.
About You

Experience in contractor care, recruitment operations, or a similar people-focused role within an agency or staffing environment.

Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
