I'm actively recruiting for a QA Lead position to join a software house developing complex AI systems providing hundreds of features across a diverse range of industries, with a user base in the millions. This is a high-impact position where you’ll shape our approach to quality, innovate processes, and drive continuous improvements.

The role:

As the Release Manager & QA Lead, you'll oversee the release process, ensuring timely, high-quality software deliveries of an incredibly complex and impressive system built up over many years with a huge range of features and integrations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and optimise releases while developing and enforcing quality standards.

Tech requirements:

• Some management, leadership or mentoring would be extremely helpful
• Ability to write tests on complex systems
• Understanding of automation, familiar with tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Playwright etc.
• API testing knowledge with the likes of Postman API
• Exposure to testing on 3rd party integrations and authentication
