Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle across discovery, requirements, development, launch, and iteration.

• Build intelligent workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, and M365 integrations.

• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX to deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.

• Write clear requirements, user stories, and technical documentation.

• Manage API/connector integrations and ensure compliance, governance, and security standards.
