A fast-moving product team is looking for a Contract Product Manager to take ownership of third-party system integrations within a growing B2B marketplace platform. This role will focus on stabilizing existing MVP integrations with scheduling systems and helping define a scalable approach to future integrations.
The ideal candidate is technically fluent, comfortable working across engineering, sales, and external vendor teams, and has experience delivering enterprise-grade integrations involving APIs and data flow dependencies.
Own the roadmap and delivery of external system integrations (scheduling, partner APIs, etc.)
Collaborate with engineering to deliver iterative improvements to current MVP integrations
Translate business needs into actionable technical product requirements
Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and internal stakeholders
Lead cross-functional conversations to drive alignment across sales, product, engineering, and partner teams
Shape long-term integration strategy and contribute to tooling and frameworks for scalable integration infrastructure
3–5+ years of product management experience, ideally within enterprise SaaS or B2B marketplaces
Strong familiarity with system-to-system integrations, APIs, data dependencies, and ecosystem architecture
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, including engineers and external technical stakeholders
Experience managing delivery of complex features where product success depends on both internal execution and third-party alignment
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where priorities evolve quickly
Background in scheduling, workforce platforms, or B2B transactional systems
Experience interfacing with sales or business development teams on technical partnerships
Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier) or building internal tooling for integrations
