About the Role

A dynamic and forward-thinking company is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js, NestJS, React, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications using Node.js, NestJS, and React.
• Architect and optimize cloud-based solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, security, and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure application scalability, reliability, and maintainability through clean architecture and efficient coding.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.

Key Requirements

• Strong commercial experience in Node.js, NestJS, and React.
• Proficiency in cloud services, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and microservices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Prior experience in leading development teams or mentoring junior developers is a plus.
• Must be based in Europe and eligible to work as a freelancer/contractor.
