Your Role as CEO/Investment Director
- Shape the Vision: Develop and execute strategies to position the company as a leader in blockchain investments.
- Build a Team: Assemble and lead a world-class team tailored to your vision and goals.
- Optimise Investments: Identify, audit, and drive high-value opportunities, with a goal to bring two exceptional companies into the portfolio monthly.
- Drive Growth: Lead efforts to achieve 7–10x revenue and profit growth within 18 months.
What We’re Looking For
- Blockchain Expertise: A proven track record in blockchain investments, including sourcing and closing high-value deals.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success as a Portfolio/Investment Director or CEO with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
- Strong Network: Connections within the US blockchain and investment ecosystem, capable of attracting top talent and valuable opportunities.
- Visionary with Execution: Strategic foresight paired with hands-on skills to bring ideas to life.
