Role and Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement software robots using RPA platforms to automate business processes, adhering to proprietary methodologies for efficient solution delivery.
Write, test, and debug automation code, ensuring high-quality, error-free robots that meet client requirements and performance standards.
Deploy and maintain orchestration software to manage and monitor bots in production environments, ensuring seamless operation and scalability.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, including business analysts and clients, to gather requirements, define process workflows, and deliver tailored automation solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automation solutions, optimizing performance and ensuring minimal downtime for client operations.
Contribute to process improvement by identifying automation opportunities and proposing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
Document technical designs, test cases, and deployment procedures to support project transparency and client handovers.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (required).
2–4 years of experience in software development, preferably with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere) or related internship/co-op experience.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or VB.NET, and familiarity with automation tools and APIs (e.g., REST, SOAP).
Strong logical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving skills to address complex automation challenges.
Excellent communication and time management skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and meet project deadlines.
Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., UiPath Orchestrator) and process design methodologies is a plus.
Strong academic record or demonstrated work experience in automation or software engineering.
