We are expanding our engineering organization and establishing a fully outsourced development team. We’re seeking strong mid-level Backend Python Developers with experience building scalable REST APIs and integrating with Microsoft SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Develop RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI preferred; Django acceptable).

• Integrate backend services with MS SQL Server.

• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, project managers, and full-stack engineers.

• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.

• Work closely with the VP of Engineering during development cycles.

• Complete a short coding assessment as part of the hiring process.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of professional backend development experience.

• Python with FastAPI or Django.

• Strong experience building REST APIs.

• SQL expertise, ideally with Microsoft SQL Server.
