Job title: Mirth/Next Gen Developer

We’re working with a healthcare organisation that’s looking for a strong Mirth / SQL / NextGen Developer to support ongoing integration and EHR development work. If you’ve got experience across Mirth, SQL, and NextGen — this is a great opportunity to join a team that values flexibility, collaboration, and impact.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Building, maintaining, and troubleshooting integrations in Mirth Connect

• Supporting and enhancing NextGen workflows and configurations

• Writing and optimising SQL stored procedures, queries, and data pipelines

• Working closely with Product Managers (they handle requirements — you focus on delivery)

• Helping improve core clinical systems and EHR performance

Job Requirements:

• 2–3+ years with Mirth Connect, SQL development, and NextGen

• Strong understanding of healthcare data workflows

• Fluent English

• Someone who can work independently, problem-solve, and deliver clean, reliable work
