Role: AI Lead Engineer
Location: UK and European Union (remote)

Founded by former Amazon, Elastic and Tessian founders developing a groundbreaking stealth-mode cybersecurity company. The platform uses a combination of generative AI (including agents) and traditional data science to solve some of the most urgent challenges faced by security teams today.

In this role you will innovate and lead the design and development of the AI models architectures, capabilities and drive further scalability of the product. Your work will shape the future of AI products powered by LLMs and deep learning techniques, implementing ML nd LLM-Ops best practices. Partner with data ingestion specialists to optimize workflows for model training and deployment. Experiment by designing and conducting experiments to thoroughly test and enhance model performance and robustness.

Requirements

• Extensive expertise in theoretical foundations of machine learning.
• Extensive experience of developing AI models for SaaS products.
• Fluency in at least one deep learning framework (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Strong LLM experience and the emerging field of prompt-engineering.
• Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to excel in a fast paced startup environment.
• A Master’s degree (or Ph.D.) in related fields: AI/LLM/etc. from a reputable academic institution.
